The matter of state of homes and infrastructure will be important for context in regards to your property, and how Truth was revealed in Gran Pacifica.

As many are aware, I have put together a lawsuit in regards to the very dangerous solar systems on EVA which are not installed, or rated for safety, and are lacking many of the required safety devices for proper functionality. When my solar system and home caught fire, ECI refusing to honor the 1 year warranty caused me to investigate the installations and reveal the very dangerous state they have been provided in. This matter was taken to two different lawyers for rectification as Gran Pacifica and ECI Development refuse to correct the matters, and each time, the matter stalled, due to what I am alleging is a lawyer payoff behind closed doors. All they had to do was HELP their customers, operate above board, and take the advice of professionals, but we all know, they historically do anything but. They ignored, gaslight, and brush everyone off who have sent official requests regarding these matters.

This slamming of doors on the customers face, had me take a different avenue to hold ECI accountable, an avenue where I had previously found evidence that ECI Development may not have been registered to sell shares of the company publicly.

DEEPER INVESTIGATIONS INTO ECI Development

Deeper investigation revealed what I am alleging, that ECI Development is knowingly and intentionally selling shares of the company fraudulently. The trigger is when Mike Cobb mentioned no official financials ever existed for ECI Development. This is when I researched the company officially listed on the shares. The company they claimed in "Belize", as written on the shares, and on the paperwork never officially existed in Belize, and is not in the Belize public business directory. Shares and paperwork MUST include legal address and business credentials. Also, ECI has not legally registered to solicit, or sell shares in Canada, as well as the USA publicly. They also do not fit any legal exceptions to this rule. They have also evaded Canadian Security laws by avoiding proper prospectus, meaning they aren't even allowed to promote, speak to, solicit, advertise to, or suggest partnership or sales with Canadians in regards to shares. Making matters worse, no proper KYC, or AML guidelines were followed (Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer). KYC MUST fit the profile for legally allowed and verified investors, and I do not fit the protocol for an allowed, accredited, or permitted private share investor. Plainly, the "shares" I own are straight up sold to me illegally, leaving me in a conundrum with the state of my personal and business taxes... because ever since suspecting illegal share sales, I haven't filed to avoid what could be considered fraud on my end as well, and am looking to resolve all these issues to move forward legally... so YES... there are federal agencies looking into these matters.

Nate Wilson (a certified US accountant who lives in Gran Pacifica) certainly understands this but has remained silent on very questionable ECI Development behavior. This is relevant because I have indisputable evidence that all peoples homes, the golf course, and all assets are placed under a legal Trust with Mike Cobb, and Joel Nagel as the primary Trustees, and Valeria a beneficiary of said Trust. This means, the paperwork forwarded to home owners is what I am alleging is fraudulent, unless you have been made aware of being a Trustee, and knowingly signed said Trust paperwork. Since Trusts cannot typically be reviewed, it is most likely that all home owners have had their signatures forged to be placed in said Trust without them knowing that it will be close to impossible for others to find out the details making this quite the legal conundrum. While it is "legal" on the surface, it is highest level deception and RACKETEERING / RICO FRAUD. You see, nobody can legally peer into a Trust, making this "legal loophole" viable, but rest assured is what I am alleging is FRAUD, RACKETEERING, and a large scale PONZI SCHEME with many people willingly involved in its operation to defraud the greater general public. I have firm evidence that over 100 lots / homes / golf course, and assets are in a Trust to evade Nicaraguan taxes, and steal money from innocent individuals.

According to the Nicaraguan Law, ALL people must be given unencumbered access to their homes, even if it is through a farmers field. All reasonable methods must be considered and the most reasonable access should be granted and provided. This reasonable access includes events such as seasonal floods. Therefore, Mike Cobb admitting on video "too bad it has always overflowed and it will continue to overflow" is plainly, an admission of guilt in regards to the matter of public safety, and is intentional coercion to drive people away from their investments to solidify ownership in the Trust.

This isn't just a simple scam against the Nicaraguan government, it is a global money laundering, organized crime, RICO scam with GLOBAL implications. Trusts are now compromised as a whole, now proven to be used maliciously in nature, to launder funds through payment to legitimate middle class business', to forge and move assets illegally and through hidden and devious means without homeowner, or asset holders knowledge. The intent is to get investors to build homes, infrastructure, and purchase assets, and make things as difficult as possible for residents including setups of gas lighting with armed guards, illegal taxes, fights, infighting, isolation, to get people to move out of their community and give up assets within said trust, usually at diminished property values, or in having lost it without realizing. The developer keeps the amounts paid for the assets, and while owning the assets in a Trust does one of a few things depending on country. In Nicaragua's case, it is laundering the tax money through their Trust, instead of paying taxes, and run the community into the ground intentionally to diminish property value. They get people to hand over their homes for "rent", while the home is actually under their name in a Trust. Someone else builds the home, while they manage it, and when the person passes away, the home is now "legally" part of their Trust through forgery. As time goes on, in the case of Nicaragua, as the homes are now unmistakably, and permanently moved into the Trust at a profit while allegedly defrauding the general public and taking over Nicaraguan land. I won't get into the other things they do to get rid of the home owner, but that isn't the only method, and seems to hold merit.

***WHY WERE NICARAGUAN COASTAL LAND LAWS CHANGED***

According to Nicaraguan national law, 5km from beach front cannot be owned by anyone for National Security reasons as to maintain control of its borders. This is why all coastal land MUST be under a 99 year lease, for National Security reasons, who owned what prior is now irrelevant. All older acquired land is bound to this law as it is a matter of national security. The interesting thing I have found with the matter of these Trusts which illegally move peoples homes from actual individual owned property, into a Trust operated by a third party like Joel Nagel and Mike Cobb, is that it bypasses national security law "legally". While technically "legal" by the letter of the law, rest assured is very much illegal in regards to the spirit of the law. This is most likely why Nicaragua changed the law to seize all property 15km from the beach front / borders... because they found out the homes were under a Trust and had bypassed national security laws.

As you can imagine, since everything is under a Trust, all your HOA / HPR money has been siphoned directly into their bank account, under said Trust, and isn't at all on any official HPR record, and Nicaragua has essentially received NOTHING up to this point. All the homes are US owned and operated. I am alleging the HPR is all smoke and mirrors.

The eventual outcome of this Trust, is that innocent people build up the assets under the Trust, and are dis-guarded and gas lit to move assets permanently under the Trust. The entire resort, like utilities, "solar farm" they want to build, homes, and other assets are 100% built by innocent and unsuspecting customers money, while a third party entity "owns" developed property by hiding assets in the Trust. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, is Nicaraguan real estate, it is all owned by Mike Cobb, Joel Nagel, and Valeria Espinoza outside of Nicaraguan jurisdiction!

Once a Nicaraguan is removed from the Trust, in this case Valeria, the land is now fully foreign owned breaching National Security legalities "legally". This can later be used to extort the Nicaraguan government in a sale of said developed property which was fully built on fraud. If governments do not meet demands of said Trust owner and who is directing said Trust, well, that is when government vs government problems come up and becomes a national incident.

These Trusts seemingly have bypassed local laws such as Nicaraguan Ley No. 690 – Ley para el Desarrollo de las Zonas Costeras, passed on June 4, 2009 and published in La Gaceta on July 29, 2009. This is Nicaragua’s official Coastal Zone Law, and it lays out the exact setback requirements.

Article 11 – Public Domain Setbacks
Oceanfront Land: All land within 50 meters of the high-tide line is designated as public domain. ➤ No private construction is allowed in this zone. ➤ It must remain accessible to the public.

Lakes and Lagoons: All land within 5 meters of the shoreline is also public domain. ➤ Same restrictions apply—no private ownership or permanent structures.

Claiming Stake to Legal Authority
The law overrides previous conflicting statutes and affirms that local governments have the authority to grant concessions and permits for development outside the restricted zones, however, communities such as Bella in Gran Pacifica are within the 50 meter high tide point, and communities lack the required public access within this 50 meter high tide point.

Since these properties are seemingly all in a Trust, these items seem to be an attempt to enforce their own legalities within Nicaraguan borders to what I am alleging is the Trust "claiming their stake". The same could be said with the resort tax, as there seems to be no HPR (nicaraguan Home Owners Association), but simply a Trustee issuing orders over and above Nicaraguan law.

This game play isn't just happening in Nicaragua, it is being done in Canada, and in all nations around the world to move money out of the middle class, suck the local country and its citizens dry (by masonic cultists) and then eventually leave it barely functional, and in a run down state once "sold".

Step 1

In Canada, they do all of the above using mechanisms, create an Irrevocable Trusts, alleviating tax obligations from the individuals who make the Trust.

Step 2

Trustees charge residents in a community, under said Trust, taxes, home owner association fees, build fees, maintenance fees, which are funneled into a Trust.

Step 3

Trust never pays taxes to government, never puts money into communities, gaslight customers to get them to move out (leaving structures built by residents, and under control of Trustee), siphons billions from communities around the world including Canada, through charities, and files for insolvency / bankruptcy once the Trust is bankrupt and is being held accountable. In some countries, these Trusts, with assets, can be used to extort the government for land now under foreign ownership of who is in control of the Trust.

Step 4

The tax payer is left holding the bag of unpaid taxes, a community which has never had money put into it.

Individuals living in these Trust communities have taxes, fees, or otherwise siphoned from them and are unsuspecting customers, and then the Trust goes bankrupt to "liquidate" the assets under the Trust which was built using customer money. This "liquidation" comes at a cost to the tax payer in Canada. There are literally hundreds of cases involving Trust liquidation events. One event can be over 100 million dollars in liquidation.

Statements from Romana Didulo such as "You know they have no jurisdiction.… Zero.", "that she had overthrown the legitimate government of Canada, and said her claim to the "queen of canada" title is backed by secret, powerful US military interests" likely for a hostile takeover using this Trust scam, and Ricky Manz "raising his voice and trying to disrupt us and saying that he doesn't have to pay taxes." fit the profile for this fraud.
