Supplement to Crypto.com Case

This document supplements the primary complaint, focusing on deceptive support interactions, hidden support request histories, and fraudulent handling of funds. Prepared by Mark Lepore.

Support Requests & False Refund Claims

Two separate support requests falsely claimed that funds had been refunded. This behavior is characterized as deceptive, gaslighting, and an attempt to mislead the customer.

Evidence of Hidden Support Logs

A new version of the Crypto.com app appears to remove time frames for support requests and disables screenshots of past support requests. This suggests intentional concealment of evidence from regulators.

Third Support Request

Support once again promised to “escalate the issue.” Screenshots show repeated stalling without resolution.

Screenshot Prevention

Crypto.com has the technical ability to block screenshots on demand within its app. This feature was allegedly activated when sensitive questions were asked. Past support requests have also been made unscreenshotable retroactively. Evidence was captured using an external camera.

Discrepancies in BNB Balance

No 8.9 BNB exists in the account, yet a leftover balance of 0.46639 BNB (purchased originally on Crypto.com) still displays in the app. The associated wallet address is empty on the blockchain. Each support request incurred a $100 fee, amounting to further financial harm.
